All personalised orders are created and delivered (UK only) within 3-5 days. However, if you require your order sooner, we offer a Next Day/Nominated Day delivery service and delivery is guaranteed if your order is placed before 2pm.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Take the hassle out of wrapping by choosing our gift box service. Your item will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a beautiful signature gift box, complete with a gift tag.
Can I change my delivery address?
Providing that we have not dispatched your order, we can amend your delivery address. Please email customerservices@beckybroome.com or telephone 0151 424 0126.
Do you accept bespoke commissions?
We accept bespoke commissions and will endeavor to assist you in creating your unique design. Please send your requests to customerservices@beckybroome.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, UK Maestro credit and debit cards and Paypal.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
All orders are sent in a bespoke Becky Broome postal box.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Our standard delivery service does not require a signature. A signature is only required upon delivery for Next Day/Nominated Day and Saturday delivery services.
Can I track my order?

Can I cancel an order?
Your are entitled to cancel your order if you wish so, provided that you contact us no longer than 10 days after the day on which you received your order, excluding personalised items and bespoke orders.More about Terms & Conditions
Can I return/exchange my item?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but for any reason you are not, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. Please note, personalised items and bespoke orders are non-returnable.More about Returns
Once we have received your returned item, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
