Delivery Times

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within two to five working days of receipt.

 

Delivery Prices and Method

UK Orders

Postage is charged at £3.95 per order under £60.

Orders totalling over £60 are delivered free.

Orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail.

Special Delivery - Next Day (working day) is charged at £9.95 and is available for any orders placed before 1pm.

Overseas Orders

European orders are charged £7.50 per order.

For the rest of the world, orders are charged at £15.00 per order.

 

Items lost In Transit

Royal Mail terms state that parcels are not considered lost or missing until 15 working days after the sending date. Unfortunately we are unable to resend or refund any orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the dispatch date. Tracking information is available upon request.

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact Becky or call 0151 424 0126.   We will happily offer you a refund (excluding postage) or an exchange providing that you return your unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, in it's original condition.  Please ensure that you retain proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
