During the construction of this website, care has been taken with regards to its content, ensuring that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the relevant delivery charges as set out in the Delivery page.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance Of Your Order
You will be notified by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Inspection Of Delivery
Please ensure that you inspect the products upon receiving your order and that everything you have ordered has been included. Please refer to your delivery note which will be enclosed with your order. You will be deemed to have accepted delivery and are happy with your order unless we are notified differently. Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods; Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, American Express or Paypal. Title and legal ownership of all goods remains with Becky Broome until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Legally binding contract
On accepting your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
Cancellation rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. For further details of how to return goods please see our returns policy and procedure.

Wholesale - Trade Orders
First order: Pro-forma
Subsequent orders: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice (subject to satisfactory credit checks).
Minimum order: £150.00
Carriage charge (inc. Packaging) of £15.00 on orders under £350.00. Additional charges will apply for Highlands & Islands, I.O.M, Jersey and Guernsey, N. Ireland and Isle of Wight.
All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.
Trade orders are handprinted and made to order. Acceptance of your order is legally binding for both parties.
Dependent upon the time of year (during our busy periods) and the size of your order you may be required to pay a small deposit.
All orders are dispatched next working delivery with TNT. If you wish to know your orders consignment number or for futher infomation regarding your delivery please contact Kristian or telphone 0151 424 0126.
