Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, or if we have sent you the wrong item, please email customerservices@beckybroome.com, including details of your name, address, telephone number and images of the damage or any other issues with the product, within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as possible.

Please note, in order for us to assist with a faulty or damaged item complaint, images of the damage or faults are a requirement.

Your complaint will be assessed and where appropriate, a replacement item to be processed and dispatched as a matter of urgency.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

 

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, provided that you contact us no longer than 10 days after the day on which you receive your order, excluding personalised items and bespoke orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, you are obliged to retain possession of the item (including any packaging) and take reasonable care of it.

To cancel your order, please email customerservices@beckybroome.com, including details of your name, address, telephone number and details of the order you wish to cancel.

Once you have contacted us, you should return your order to our returns address (at your cost) within 14 days. Please obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your cancelled order, we will process a refund (to the original payment method used to place your order) for the amount in relation to the item to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (standard delivery only).

 

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. Please note, personalised items and bespoke orders are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email customerservices@beckybroome.com, including details of your name, address, telephone number and details of the order you wish to return.

Once you have contacted us, you should return your order to our returns address (at your cost) within 28 days of purchase. Please obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Promotions

Please note, only one promotional offer can be used at any one time.

Outlet and sample sale items, custom and corporate orders or items that have already been discounted are excluded from promotional offers.  No offers can be redeemed retrospectively and cannot be exchanged for cash.  All products are subject to availability and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
