The beginning of a new year is customarily seen as a fresh start, however, the dark damp winter days leave many feeling deflated. In contrast, April is a month of growth and renewal. This makes it the perfect time to throw open the windows and have a deep clean and spring refresh. As the days get longer and the weather (hopefully) starts to improve, it becomes easier to both find and more importantly, keep motivation for the year ahead.
