Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.  Please note, personalised items and bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Please email customerservices@beckybroome.com, including details of your name, address, telephone number and details of the order you wish to return.

Once you have contacted us, you should return your order to our returns address (at your cost) within 28 days of purchase. Please obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your returned order, we will process a refund (to the original payment method used to place your order) for the amount in relation to the item to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (standard delivery only).
